Trifanzo (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") operates as a group providing digital, creative, and technology-related services, including but not limited to web development, design, application development, game development, and related digital solutions. These services may be delivered directly or through our internal brands such as DevRangers and Spaceoid.
2. Scope of Services
Trifanzo offers custom, project-based services, which may include:
- Website design and development
- Logo and brand identity design
- Application development
- Game development (including small games and interactive products)
- Posters, visiting cards, and marketing creatives
- Other digital or creative services we may offer in the future
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of each project will be agreed upon separately with the client.
3. Payments & Pricing
- Trifanzo may require advance payment, partial payment, or full payment after completion, depending on the project agreement.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension, or termination.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Revisions
- Trifanzo allows 3–4 free revisions, depending on the nature of the project.
- Once the final project is completed and delivered, no further revisions will be allowed.
- Revisions must fall within the original project scope.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may be subject to extra charges.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund requests will only be considered within 5 days of payment.
- Refunds may be rejected if the reason provided is not valid or reasonable at our sole discretion.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced on the project.
- No refunds will be provided after project completion or delivery of final work.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and feedback required to complete the project.
- Respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If a client delays feedback, approvals, or required materials:
- The project timeline will be extended, or
- The project may be paused until required inputs are received.
Trifanzo will not be responsible for delays caused by the client.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Ownership of the final work depends on the project agreement and is typically transferred after full payment is received.
- Unless agreed otherwise, Trifanzo retains the right to:
- Display completed work in its portfolio,
- Use it for marketing, case studies, and promotional purposes.
- Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, licenses, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Games & Digital Products (Including Spaceoid)
- Trifanzo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay or digital product availability.
- Features, content, or availability may change over time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any digital product if misuse or abuse is detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trifanzo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
10. Termination
Trifanzo reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- The client engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
In such cases, payments made are non-refundable.
11. Changes to Terms
Trifanzo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
